Lift Heavy Weight

Okay, there is the technical way to explain this and then there is the "how can the average joe get this?" way to explain this. I'm gonna go for the second.

Lets see:

Step 1. Approach item to be picked up (assuming this "item" isn't alive and moving, this shouldn't prove to be a difficult step)

Step 2. Crouch down to grab hold of item.

Step 3. While holding item, use glutes (butt muscles), and upper leg muscles to support you while you life item (Assuming that the item is not moving. If item seems to be living or moving on its own, please see step 3A.
Step 3A: Knock out moving item so it is no longer moving.)

Step 4: congratulations, you have lifted this item,

Step 5: Now you need to figure out where to put it.
