how to apply gel eyeliner
step 1: open the lid of the container
step 2: grab a small width flat brush and dab some of the gel eyeliner onto
your forearm and wait approximately 25 seconds for the gel to reach the
proper consistancy
step 3: swirl the brush around in the gel to check if the texture is watery
enough to be applied to the upper lid and or lower lid if desired
step 4: now before applying the gel to the lids of your eyes make sure it
doesnt clump on the bristles of the brush this is very important for a
desired smooth contour around the lids of the eyes
step 5: pull the skin back from the outer corner of the eye and begin
applying the gel slowy make your way using small steady strokes until
reaching the side opposite of where you began applying the gel
step 6: if wanting to apply to lower lid do the same as in step 5 but make
sure you do not get too close the inner lid of the eye or it will cause the
substance to leak into your tear ducts causing irratation and will make the
bottom of your eye whites black until eye is drained with a small cup of
room tempature water
